Firstly, it is anticipated that the upcoming iOS release would prioritize use cases powered by generative AI, and that Siri will undergo a significant redesign.

iOS 18, rumored to be codenamed “crystal,” may have a new auto-generate playlist in Apple Music and even the eventual introduction of RCS messaging, in addition to big AI-driven improvements.
Yes, RCS support for iPhones has been long overdue, and the Cupertino, California-based tech titan has already stated that it will arrive on the device in 2024.
Perhaps when the iPhone 16 series phones are released later this year, the iOS 18 version will have support for the same.
That being said, it is anticipated that the extent of this update will be made clear during Apple’s WWDC 2024 conference in June.
