Eligibility

A reputable university or college offers a two-year full-time MBA, MMS, PGDBA, or PGDM program with specializations in marketing, finance, operations, supply chain management, information technology, general management, business analytics, project management, and related fields.

Application Process

Step 1. Login to the TCS Next Step Portal Opens in new tab

Step 2: Register and Apply for the Drive

Scenario A. If you are already a registered user in the NextStep Portal, ‘IT’ category, kindly log in with your TCS Reference ID (CT/DT reference number) and proceed to complete the application form. Upon submission, kindly click on ‘Apply For Drive’.
Scenario B. If you are a new user, kindly click on Register Now, choose the category “IT,” and proceed to fill in your details. Submit your application form and click on ‘Apply For Drive’.

Step 3. Select your mode of test (in-center) and choose your preferred test center, then click on Apply.

Step 4. To confirm your status, check “Track Your Application“. The status should reflect as “Applied for Drive”.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Since this is an in-center test, space will be assigned based on first-come, first-served.
All of your current, original academic records must be with you when you go for the interview (if you are selected for one).
You will receive information about the test from TCS iON, our test partner.

When making an employment offer, TCS does not require applicants to deposit any funds.

Test Eligibility

Percentage: Candidates should have a minimum aggregate (all subjects in all semesters) of 60% or equivalent CGPA in classes 10th, 12th, diploma (if applicable), graduation, and post-graduation examination.
Highest Qualification: Candidates pursuing full-time management post-graduate courses (MBA/MMS/PGDBA/PGDM) offered by a recognized university with specializations in marketing, finance, operations, supply chain management, information technology, general management, business analytics, project management, or related disciplines offered by a recognized university or college will be considered from the year of passing (YoP) 2023–2024.
Graduation Background: Any graduate degree from a recognized university or college would be considered eligible.
Backlogs, arrears, or ATKT: The candidate should not have any pending backlogs.
Extended Education: No extended education would be allowed. Candidates should have completed the course within the stipulated course duration.
Gap / Break in Education: It is mandatory to declare gaps in education, if any. The overall academic gap should not exceed 24 months until the highest qualification. Relevant documentation, as applicable, will be checked for gaps in education.
Course Types: Only full-time courses will be considered (part-time or correspondence courses will not be considered).
Open Schooling: Candidates who have completed their secondary and/or senior secondary courses from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) are also eligible to apply if the graduation and post-graduation (if applicable) courses are done full-time.
Work Experience: Candidates with prior work experience (part-time or full-time) of only up to 2 years are eligible to apply for the TCS MBA-Off Campus Hiring Process. They need to mandatorily declare the same in the TCS application form. Candidates would be required to submit the necessary documents supporting this work experience at the time of the TCS selection process and after joining TCS, as per requirements.
Age: Candidates should be between 18 and 28 years old to participate in this hiring event.
